A problem with the article?
We undertake to refund you.
Refunds will be made if the article is returned in salable condition, i.e. unworn and returned in its original packaging, within 14 days of receipt.
During ‘sales’ periods, there's no return possible.
To avoid size errors, don’t hesitate to refer to our Sizing Guide when ordering, and to email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How to return?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to return your purchase if they don’t fit.
Please note that you will only be able to process one return.
Returns from China and Hong Kong must be shipped via SF Express, other countries must be done via DHL.
Only the articles returned in perfect shape and in their original package will be accepted.
Other conditions of return:
Attach a delivery note to your package to the box with the following informations:
Name & address
The reason for your return
The quantities and sizes returned
Receipt & order number
Pack the product (s) as received to be returned and attach the duly completed delivery note.

You must start by warning our Customer Services by e-mail at email@example.com.
Upon receipt of the parcel, our Quality Department will assess the condition of the returned goods. No returns will be accepted, and hence no refunds made, if the product returned has been worn, is dirty, damaged, and/or if the product has been rendered unsaleable. Thus any returned article must include all its original labels and be returned in its original packaging, perfectly intact.
If your return is rejected, you will be notified by e-mail. If your return is accepted, you will be automatically refunded to the bank account corresponding to the credit/debit card used to pay for the order, within 30 days of your return being received by our logistics centre.
Refunds are made by bank credit transfer.
The return costs are at your own expense. We only refund the price of the articles billed.
Take care to keep hold of the proof of posting the Post Office will give you for your parcel.
It will not be possible to make any refund without this proof of posting.
Attention: It is essential to include your delivery note so that the warehouse can process your return speedily and in such a way as to validate your refund. Without it, we won’t be able to identify the order you had placed and hence to refund you.
